A PIECE OF HAARLEM’S HISTORY

The Melkbrug.
Since 1886.

The Melkbrug is a historic iron swing bridge over the Spaarne, designed by municipal architect Jacques Leijh. It connects the city centre with the Burgwal neighbourhood and is a listed national monument.
